Tutors are matched with individual clients selectively.

Tutor selection criteria:

* A teaching qualification or a university degree in the subjects you wish to tutor
* Two references from employers, university tutors, qualified teachers or ministers of religion.
* Proof of your academic qualifications
* A high level of reliability
* An enhanced criminal records bureau disclosure

Administrative fees charged to tutors:

No membership fee. ?4.50 per hour commission.
