How Tutor Request Works
1. Submit a ’Request A Tutor’ form. Make sure you select Tutor Matching Service at the bottom of the form, and
that you have paid the fee. (Note: You must wait for the payment page to automatically re-direct you back to Home Tutors otherwise the payment will not go through!)
2. We (Home Tutors Support) will go through our records and check if we have any tutors who match your requirements.
3. We will
then contact up to ten tutors one by one and ask them if they’re available for tutoring.
4.
Then, we will ask up to three tutors to contact You directly in order to arrange lessons. Only these tutors will be given your contact details.
5. Finally, we will send you a message (via email or SMS) to let you know the progress of your tutor request.
This whole process takes no more than three to five working days. However, we ask that you give us ten working days (about two weeks), and if we aren’t able to find you a matching tutor then we will refund you your money.
At present (August 2008) our success rate at matching the right tutor with the student stand at 83.3% !
