The Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted) have been referring tutors and teachers to the Home Tutors website.
Due to Home Tutors` strong presence on all search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo) it has found it easy to attract students and teacher, as well as various government bodies.
Home Tutors is now an established name in the private tuition world. You can find our `motivational posters` with Home Tutors logo in hundreds of schools all over UK, including in Northern Ireland!

On 9th October 2007, Home Tutors` website, HomeTutors.org.uk appeared on BBC Breakfast in the featured report `Rise of private tuition in the UK`. This lead to a publicity spike, and brought a record number of visitors to the website!
Over the last few years the manager of Home Tutors has taken part in interviews to other smaller media outlets, incl. magazines and online companies.

The National Centre for Social Research was contracted by the UK government (DCSF) in early 2009 to do a comprehensive survey of all the tutoring companies in the UK. This included web based and non-web based tutoring agencies.
The research found Home Tutors to be one of the largest tutoring company, in the top 5%!
This is in terms of the number of tutors. However, our own research showed that Home Tutors has Internet`s largest database of private tutors in the UK.
